Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 November 2026

These terms govern your use of the The Picnic Facility app and website and your rentals through them. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. The service

We rent picnic equipment and deliver it to the picnic spot you select, set it up and collect it at the end of your rental. Items are supplied through our partner vendors; we are responsible to you for your order.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or over and give accurate details. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password and delivery code private.

3. Orders, prices and payment

4. Refundable deposit

A refundable security deposit is collected with your order. It is returned to you after the items are collected, less the cost of any loss or damage beyond normal wear.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel free of charge until 24 hours before your rental starts, and you will be refunded in full. After that, or once items are on their way, please contact support; we will do our best to help but a cancellation fee may apply.

6. Delivery and use of the equipment

7. Loss and damage

If items are lost or damaged beyond normal wear, we may charge the repair or replacement cost, taken first from your deposit. Photos taken at delivery and collection may be used to assess condition.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse coupons or referrals.

9. Our liability

We take reasonable care to provide the service but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions? The Picnic Facility, Guwahati, Assam, India.

These terms and the Privacy Policy are a starting point written for this service. Have them reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch.
